Job Description:
Our staff consists of primarily undergraduate and graduate students.
Seeking active students who have strong verbal skills & are able to communicate the college experience. Providing student feedback to both clients and prospective advertisers. Students who are confident, goal oriented, socially outgoing, hard working, and interested in advertising & media communications.
The position requires coordinating our message board campaign with our sponsors in an upbeat and confident manner. Answering their questions and concerns regarding the campaign. Providing some creative feedback to clients, regarding their advertisement design. Utilizing your current or past college experience to promote the message board campaign to local clients/prospects. Administrative duties include providing daily reports and account management.
The job duties involve visiting the local businesses surrounding the assigned campus or campuses and securing sponsors for each assigned message board project. We have continual projects for the hired advertising coordinators to undertake. The handling of our accounts at the assigned campuses involves contacting sponsors, establishing a rapport, and educating them on how the advertising campaign will benefit their company this year. Other duties include brainstorming ideas for sponsors' advertisements, neatly organizing these ideas on paper, collecting payment from clients, and communicating with management on a regular basis.

Job Requirement:
Hours: Flexible (you must have some availability during business hours) Part-time and full-time available. The hours are roughly 30/week and the pay is $1,200 per project. Hours are flexible depending on the candidates' schedule and desired number of projects to complete. Each project takes roughly two weeks to complete.
Must be enrolled in college or recently graduated, have strong command of the English language, and access to phone and email.
