Job Description:
DAYS/HOURS:
Primarily looking for first and second shifts although all shifts are potentially available.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides prompt and courteous service to Members who are requesting emergency road service or membership information via incoming calls.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Members with their needs, complaints, questions, problems concerns and requests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Obtains and enters accurate information into the member service computer system.
Completes Member calls within the set timeframe and with the Member’s total satisfaction in mind, striving to meet and exceed company quality standards.
Cross-sells company services and products at all available opportunities or when the service or product is directly related to the member’s request.
Maintains general knowledge of all club services, benefits, and costs to better serve our members.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Skills needed include strong typing/data entry, map reading and basic knowledge of Windows based software.
