Job Description:
Democrat running for the State Senate in District 34. His campaign is offering an opportunity for you to gain experience in the fields of campaign research, issue development, fund raising, time management, and candidate promotion. This is an opportunity to learn how a political campaign is organized from the grassroots and what it takes to win an elected office.
Some duties may include general office tasks, helping organizing events, creating media driven presentations and much more. The intern must have a friendly disposition, be able to work with a variety of people and be well organized to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
This internship is non-paying and may be credit based.
