One of California’s largest oil producers is currently seeking Occupational Safety &; Health Summer Interns for 2010 for
Bakersfield, CA & surrounding areas.
Intern Job Summary:
• Qualitative Health and Exposure Assessment of operations personnel and development of sampling strategies • Chemical, Physical,
Biological, and Ergonomic source evaluation, sampling and analysis to determine potential exposures • Human Factors/Ergonomics
facility design development. • Safety and Health Program Auditing and Incident Investigation. • Provide recommendations to improve
safety and health. • Emergency incident management program development.

Students pursuing a BS/MS in Occupational Safety and Health /Industrial Hygiene. 3.0 or above GPA preferred
