Job Description:
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager or Owner
Primary Role: Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with
customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why our company is the best Fire &Water Cleaning & Restoration Company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Established Sales Goals: Review each week, progress towards achieving assigned monthly sales goal. Discuss weekly with
Manager, sales goal progress and activities.
2. New Prospects: Increase target customers.
3. Develop Customer Relationships: Build customer relationships and rapport to increase brand awareness and loyalty to increase
sales revenue.
4. Market franchise services: Match services with customer needs and help customers understand the value of our company and our services.
5. Establish and maintain customer contact information: Develop customer profile and preference data to understand and respond
to the specific needs of each customer.
6. Participate and network in professional associations: Develop and maintain professional network to increase customer contacts
and leads.

Who we are looking for:
We are in search of a Highly Energetic, Team Player, and Positive Attitude person who will take ownership of the position and
responsibilities. A focused and engaged effort is critical to doing the job successfully. Identifying ways to be more efficient and
effective are an important part of this position.
We are also interested in someone who is approved by the Kentucky Work Study Program. We will be flexible with the work schedule,
but we see this person working a minimum of 20 hours per week while school is in session and 40 hours per week when school is not in
session. If possible, we would like someone who is graduating in May of 2010.
